To map your Controller to FL Studio you will need the MPK Mini Play Favorite Editor.
Install the software and briefly read the editor's User Manual, both can be found at the Akai

Mapping the Drums pads to the Channel Rack
Once you have the Favorite Editor open, set each of the pad notes to match the notes in the image below. That means in Bank A you set the note of Pad 1 to the value of 48 (C3), Pad 2 to 50 (D3) and so forth as you can see (Click the image to see the full size):

Midi Mapping for FL Studio |
Once done, Save this to a favorite, and send it to the MPK mini play Controller
Once loaded to the Controller, open FL studio and under MIDI Settings set Omni preview MIDI Channel (bottom right of window) to the same channel as the PAD MINI CHANNEL in the Favorite Editor, in our case Channel 10. This will map the pads of the Controller to the channels in the Channel Rack of FL Studio.
